Long ago and far away, the late 1950's, my uncle built these EV aristocrats with the co-ax ev speaker.

They are beautifully built, and still sound good. He also built numerous tube amplifiers, and taught my brother and I the joy of learning how things work, and how to build practically anything.

We built a lot of model airplanes, and learned the nature of flight.

I prefer the experimental sharp edged airfoil, with a terminator thread, as opposed to the Clark Y airfoil.

I would not be where I am today, but for Aunt Urs and Uncle Dick, and those wonderful summer visits.
